Why Choose Compression Garments for Performance and Recovery

Compression therapy is highly individualized—different symptoms and conditions require different garment styles, compression levels, and fabric types. Whether you're managing swelling, lymphedema, circulation issues, or post-surgical recovery, choosing the right compression is essential.

We offer a wide range of options, including:

  • Styles: Pantyhose, leggings, arm sleeves, gloves, torso garments, and more.
  • Knits: Flat-knit and round-knit, and ready-to-wear options.
  • Compression Levels: 10–15 mmHg, 20–30 mmHg, 30–40 mmHg, 40–50 mmHg, and higher.
  • Specialty Tools: Lymphedema reduction aids and targeted support garments.

These garments often require precise measurements and fittings by a certified professional to ensure safety and effectiveness.

Enhanced Muscle Support and Performance

Compression garments are engineered to provide targeted support to muscles, reducing fatigue and improving blood circulation during physical activities. This increased circulation helps deliver oxygen more efficiently, which may enhance endurance and overall performance. Athletes and fitness enthusiasts rely on these garments to maintain muscle stability, decrease the risk of injury, and experience less soreness after workouts. By wearing compression garments, you ensure your muscles stay energized and supported throughout your exercise routine.

Accelerated Recovery and Reduced Muscle Soreness

One of the key advantages of compression garments is their role in speeding up recovery post-workout. The gentle pressure applied by these garments helps minimize muscle swelling and promotes faster removal of lactic acid and metabolic waste. This effect reduces delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS), allowing you to bounce back quicker for your next session. Many users report feeling less stiffness and enhanced comfort when using compression garments during the recovery phase.

Comfortable Fit and Versatile Use

Modern compression garments are crafted from breathable, moisture-wicking fabrics that ensure comfort even during extended wear. The materials adapt to your body shape without restricting movement, making them ideal for various sports as well as everyday activities. Whether you’re running, cycling, or recovering from an injury, these garments provide consistent compression without compromising on flexibility. Their sleek design and durable construction also make them a reliable choice for long-term use.

No, in fact the socks compression profile can be negatively affected by dirt and body oils. Washing them after every wear is highly recommended. Use a garment bag to reduce ‘lint balls’ collecting on the bottom of our socks.

The more often you wear compression gear, the quicker it wears out. Our compression products will stay consistent for about a year if you wear your socks or sleeves every other day. If you put a lot of miles in and wear them every day, you can expect about 6 months before they’ll need to be replaced — just like a running shoe.

TIPS:

Don't roll the top band down to accommodate length

Putting them on properly will prevent ‘overstretch’
